                    Our School

History Scoil Mhuire Creeslough opened in 1960 as a three teacher school. The staff at the time were Tadhg Gallagher (principal), Mamie Mc Clean nee Farrell and Mary Colhoun. Drimnarraw and Kildarragh National Schools were amalgamated with Scoil Mhuire in the 1970's. In 1976 a two room extension was added. The prefab was installed in 1995 and is used today as a library.

Scoil Mhuire Creeslough is a rural school situated on the main Letterkenny road (N56) on the outskirts of the village.

It caters for children aged between 4 and 13. At present, there are 95 on roll with a staff of 5 teachers.

In Scoil Mhuire we strive to offer all pupils the opportunity to enjoy their primary schooling in a friendly, welcoming and child-centred atmosphere. We value and treat each child equally.
