Visit to Meenadreen Windfarm

On Tuesday 6th February the Green School Committee and 4th Class made the long journey to Meenadreen Windfarm. Meenadreen Windfarm is the largest onshore wind farm in Donegal, consisting of 38 turbines with a total capacity of 95MW. It has been operational since 2017.
