We had a very special day in Scoil Mhuire in June. We gathered to celebrate our 7th Green Flag on the theme of Global Citizenship: Energy. We were delighted to welcome Jim Mc Guinness as guest of honour to raise our new flag alongside our Green School Committee, Mrs Wilson and Mrs. Barnes. Congratulations to our Green Team and thank you to Jim for being so generous with his time. Jim surprised our pupils by bringing the Anglo Celt Cup to the school. It was lovely to have the cup in our school. We wish Jim, the management team and players the very best for the rest of the summer. A hugely enjoyable and special day for our school and our pupils.
