In preparation for Lent pupils and staff were treated to some delicious pancakes courtesy of our SNAs – Mark, Niamh, Maria and Kelly. They cooked up fresh pancakes for each class with a choice of topping that catered for everyone’s tastes. The cooking station was set up in our new extension and it’s great to have the extra space to accommodate events such as this. We also had Fr John Joe, Bishop McGuckian and the Presbyterian Moderator John Kirkpatrick visit the school and they were treated to pancakes as well. In total our SNAs made over 180 fresh pancakes and the whole school appreciated their hard work over the day.
